Moving beyond grey literature: How to set up a journal alert for your current awareness (via EBSCO)

A journal alert notifies you by e-mail when a new issue for a selected journal title is available.

To create a journal alert in EBSCO databases:

1. In an EBSCO database, click on the Publications link in the top toolbar.

2. Search or browse to find the journal title that interests you.

3. Click on the Alert/Save/Share link at the top right corner and choose E-mail Alert
(You will be asked to sign in to my EBSCO if you haven’t already. Click on Create a new Account to create a My EBSCO account.)

4. Fill out the Journal Alert Window.

5. Click on Save Alert.

For complete instruction, please access the EBSCOhost JournalAlert Help Sheet.
